pricing is per cpu (physical, not hyperthreading).
proxy 2.0 was the forrunner of isa2000.
the step from proxy2.0 to isa2000 was really big and comprehensive.
now we use isa2004 and isa2006beta is itw.
i think with the knowledge of proxy2.0 you can't configure an isa server,
but you have a nice basis.
