VPN Client Behind ISA do not work

Hi I have Patner who have install ISA 2004 Std. SP2 as a VPN Server .
at my office we are useing ISA 2004 Ent. with NLB 2 node cluster we
have auth. for all user to access internet user from my office behind
ISA Can not do VPN to Patner ISA VPN Server they are useing PPTP. i can
see in my ISA Log user have full access to internet All potocol out...
That session Terminted. but if i try from DMZ without ISA its working
fine.. What Could be problem??
