Actually, I was trying to help you understand where your support options lie.
I also asked for specific data regarding your Windows client; did I miss that somewhere in your response?
Windows Firewall (ICF enhanced in SP2) is very aware of "unexpected inbound" traffic and will block it unless it knows that an
application is listening for that traffic.
Have you examined the ICF logs for blocked traffic?

the issue, just re-install or upgrade.
