    Thanks for all your information.

    I have installed Firewall client on my PC from the very beginning. It has
    been working before for almost one year until recently I updated to ISA 2000
    SP2, as well as some Windows Update, and rebooted the server. It stops
    working now while ICQ and other instant messengers still work fine. However,
    when I tried to reboot the server again, it worked for a few days and
    eventually QQ can't connect. So I have to again reboot the server. But
    rebooting the server not always solve the problem. Sometimes, by luck, the
    problem is solved but sometimes no.

    Does anyone have an idea on what is going wrong? Thanks.
