Usually, if you allow all outbound HTTP and FTP traffic
through ISA this should not be an issue.
Be sure to enable the
'I want to use my Internet Options FTP settings'
and 'I want to use my Internet Options HTTP settings'
on the LiveUpdate Configuration
("Symantec LiveUpdate" located in Control Panel).
Then, basically, LiveUpdate can reach any site that
your browser can.

server?Do I need to
