Since installing XP SP2 I can't get my FTP Client to work.

I am running CuteFTP Professional V6 om an XP SP2 client on a local area
network with W2kServer SP4 and ISA SP2

ISA FTP configuration hasn't changed since XP SP2 was installed on the
client machine and FTP still works from the server but not the client.

I tried allowing FTP access on port 21 in the XP firewell setting with no
result
I tried disabling XP firewall entirely with no result
My FTP client is set to use the server proxy with 8080 as the port
The error message I get is:
STATUS:> Getting listing "/"...
STATUS:> Connecting to FTP proxy server x.x.x.x:8080 (ip =x.x.x.x)...
STATUS:> Socket connected. Waiting for welcome message...
ERROR:> Timeout (60000 ms) occurred on receiving server response.
STATUS:> Waiting 30 seconds...
Increasing the timeout doesn't resolve the problem either.

I don't know what to try next. This is very frustrating. Any help would be
appreciated.
