Have you examined the reverse lookup zone question?
Also, how are the browsers configured? If they're trying to automatic detection and you haven't created the necessary entries for
wpad, this could also cause long page load problems.

Their home page is set to in.acura.com (where they go to login). It seems that when they open their browser to go their 80% of the time it hangs and after 5-10 secs it loads or comes up with connection refused.
