One of our companies develops their corporate website in-
house using DreamWeaver. Once the changes are finalized,
they use the FTP client in DreamWeaver to upload their
changes to an offsite 3rd party webserver.

Since we put in ISA for an "internet-to-desktop" rollout,
they have not been able to FTP (upload) anything. I have
been testing this quite a bit using LeechFTP on s segment
of our local network. In the test setting I am having
also being working with the ISA firewall client. I can
now connect for an FTP session, but still cannot upload.

Now I know FTP iis fuctioning when not routed through the
Proxy, and that you can FTP actually *FROM* the proxy
machine itself. The problem seems to lie in the route
between the proxy and the client... Any ideas or
suggestions on even where to start looking?

Thanks ahead of time!
