FW Client and FTP

I have ISA installed in Integrated mode and I've allowed FTP traffic
for everyone.

If I have the FW client enabled, my FTP Clients can attach to FTP
Sites but I can't list anything in the directory. If I disable the
FTP client it works fine. I can list the FTP sites using IE and the
DOS FTP client but no luck with any 3rd Party FTP Clients.
