ftp error

Even after I installed Firewall client op my pc, I cannot get the contence
of the site : ftp.microsoft.com. The flashlight keeps going from left to
right to get the contence of the ftp site but he cannot connect...

I'm running WIN2K SP3 & ISA 2000 SP1 with authenication. Any rule, protocol
are allowed.

Please help...
