So kann es erstmal etwas mehr einschränken ...

HAbe unter SQL Server 2005-Netzwerkkonfiguration -> Protokolle für
'MSSQLSERVER' -> Eigenschaften das Flag ForceEncryption auf 'Nein' gestellt.
Damit startet der Server-Dienst ersteinmal wieder aber er bringt immer noch
Fehler-Meldungen.
