Installation von SQL Server 2005 Beta 2

Hallo,
ich weiss nicht ob hier richtig bin für meine Frage, aber ich versuch es mal!

Also ich versuch auf meinen Rechner WINXP Pro den SQL Server 2005 Beta 2 zu
installieren.

Am Anfang kommt ein Fenster: "SQL Server Component Update"
- .NET Framework 2.0
- Microsoft SQL Native Client
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Beta 2 Setup Support Files

Click Install to continue.

Wenn ich jetzt auf Install drueck kommt dann die Fehlermeldung:

dotnetfx.exe hat ein Problem festgestellt und muss beendet werden.
Unter weitere Informationen steht dort:

Problemsignatur
EventType : InPageError P1:c000000d P2:00000005


Was ist das und wie kann ich das Problem loesen....
