Da die obige Bestückung eher auf eine weitaus grössere Nutzung durch
den IIS hinweist, vielleicht eher eine Lektüre wert:

Beim SQL Server könntest Du vermutlich den max. Speicher etwas reduzieren,
wobei ich den minimalen Speicher nicht auf 0 runterwürgen würde. Das
würde ich aber erst erwägen, wenn der Systemmonitor auf höhere Paging
Aktivitäten hinweist.
Solange alles gemütlich Platz im Speicher findet, wie Deine Angaben
andeuten, wäre da wenig Handlungsbedarf.
