ausgehende Emails mit vorhandenem Zipprogramm komprimieren

Hallo,

Exchange 2000Standard hat als Datenbanklimit 16GB festgelegt.
Um nun die Größe der Postfächer zu verringern und das Netz zu
entlasten, habe ich mir gedacht, warum nicht das vorhandene
Zipprogramm dazu benutzen , um Emails vor dem Senden zu zippen. Dazu
benutze ich ein älteres Powerarchiver (Version 6).
Es sollten jedoch auch alle anderen commandlinefähigen Zipper
funktionieren (z.B. WINZIP,gzip).
Die Syntax lautet bei powerarc : "powerarc -a zieldatei.zip
quelldatei"
Das unten angegebene Script müsste bei einem anderen Zipper in Zeile
92 und 152 entsprechend bearbeitet werden.
Da hier im Hause ein Größenlimit besteht,habe ich einen Abbruch bei
Mails größer 4 MB mit eingebaut.
Schon gezippte Mails werden unverändert durchgereicht.
Ich weiss natürlich, dass das Script nur unvollkommen ist und würde
mich über Verbesserungen freuen. Benutzung natürlich auf eigene
Gefahr.
