wenn Du sagst OL2003 mit allen Patches, heist das auch Office 2003 Service
Pack1??
Falls nicht, kannst Du das hier nachinstallieren:

Zu Deinem Problem gibt es leider keine brauchbaren Informationen!! Hast Du
es mal mit der Einstellung: "Anmeldung
durch gesicherte Kennwortauthentifizierung (SPA)" versucht?! - Es ist
natürlich auch möglich, dass dieses "Feature" von
MS bewußt so gewählt wurde um Missbrauch zu erschweren!!!
