Ich hab da nochwas gelesen:
Sharepoint admin UI speaks many languages
For a while now we have experienced that the sharepoint administration pages
suddenly changes language from norwegian (1044) to english (1033). We got a
tip from MS support that seemed to have effect instantly. By increasing the
number of worker threads for the application pool running Sharepoint Portal
Server the language corrected itself.

So if you're experiencing this go to properties - performance pane for the
app pool that the SPS virtual website is running under and increase the
worker threads in the web garden section.

UPDATE: This resolved the issue short-term but it reappeared. Also the
language appears mixed in the alerts sent to users. In one alert the
following text was inserted. Norwegian in blue and english in red. Very,
very weird.

"Du bad om å bli varslet når items are discovered or items are changed."
