wieso befürchtet? Bei einem SUS kannst Du nicht bestimmen wann das SP2
vom SUS geholt wird. Nur den Installationszeitpunkt kannst Du
bestimmen. Aber auch nicht so wie Du dir das vorstellst.

Was spricht in Deinem Fall gegen eine Verteilung via
Gruppenrichtlinien? Erstell Dir eine neue OU und dort eine neu GPO in
der Du das SP2 verteilst. Wenn Du dann mal einen Rechner mit dem SP2
aktualisieren möchtest verschieb in die OU und starte in remote neu,
schon wird das SP2 installiert. Anschließend kannst Du ihn ja wieder
in die Ursprungs-OU verschieben.
