Aber ich vermute, du suchst den Punkt Computer startup and shutdown Script.
Wenn du an der Stelle jeweils dein deltemp.cmd angibst, dann wird das beim
Startup oder Shutdown ausgeführt.
Zu finden ist das ganze unter Windows-Einstellungen/Skripts.

So ich hoffe das wars, was du gesucht hast. Ansonsten mußt du wohl nochmal
beschreiben ;)
