RSA/IAS Zertifikats Vorlage

Auf unserem 2003 R2 Enterprise Server ist die MS CA als "Enterprise Root" installiert. Diese funktioniert einwandfrei, z.B. für das Ausstelllen von Smartcard Logon Zertifikaten.
Auf dem IAS Server muss ich ein Zertifikat der Vorlage "RAS and IAS Server", welches als Subject-Type "Computer" hat, installieren.
Folgendes habe ich gemacht:
- "RAS and IAS Server" Certificate Template dupliziert
- Im Tab "security" der Gruppe "RAS and IAS Server" Read, Enroll und Autoenroll Rechte erteilt
- Der CA das neu erstellte Template zum Ausstellen hinzugefügt
- Überprüft, ob der IAS Server (Domain Member) in der AD Gruppe "RAS and IAS Server" Mitglied ist
- Als Admin auf dem IAS Server angemeldet und die Web Enrollment Page aufgerufen
- Leider steht das neue Template unter "advanced request" "templates" nicht zur Verfügung, es sind nur User Templates vorhanden...

Weshalb steht das RSA/IAS Template nicht zur Verfügung? Auf dem IAS Server (2003 SP1) ist bereits das gültige Root Zertifikat der Enterprise CA installiert. Auch habe ich versucht, das RSA/IAS Template über den Certificate Request Wizard (http://tinyurl.com/gco3x) zu installieren. Doch im Wizard steht nur das "computer" Template zur Verfügung, nicht aber das eigens erstellte Template.
