Hmm gute Frage, dass weiß ichnicht so genau. Das ist einfach ein
Win2003-Server der über den Proxy ins Netz geht. Den Proxy hab ich auch für
die Panda-Antivirus-Software eingetragen.

Also die Domain kann ich anpingen, aber die konkrete Seite nicht.

Da steht keine Regel, ich glaube er mag das anonymus als Clientuser nicht.
Er hat auch kein Destination bzw. Source-Network im Log. Das find ich etwas
komisch.
Ich weiß nicht warum das Ding geblockt wird. Soweit ich weiß, benötigt Panda
vollen HTTP/DNS-Zugriff auf den Server um die user-Daten zu überprüfen und
davon abhängig die Daten freizugeben, bzw. u aktualisieren.
