VPN-Server macht von extern Probleme

Hallo,
ich habe folgendes Problem: ich möchte meinen ISA Server
als VPN Server nutzen. Momentan übernimmt er nur die
Aufgabe als Proxy ...

Ich habe in dem Rechner nur 1 Netzwerkkarte. Der Server
ist von extern her erreichbar (NAT auf der Firewall). Die
Ports für VPN sind auch freigeschalten.
Wenn ich jetzt von intern eine VPN Verbindung aufbaue
funktioniert alles bestens. Von extern bekomme ich
allerdngs immer den Fehler 721 Der Remotecomputer
antwortet nicht (nachdem ca. 20 sec. lang Benutzername &
Kennwort werden überprüft da steht)
Ich vermute, dass es irgendwie mit dem NAT zusammenhängt.
Bin für jeden Tip dankbar !!!
