PAE kannst du verwenden, das wird auch bei W2K3 Standard (und damit
auch SBS) unterstützt. Siehe auch:

Ich hatte persönlich mit PAE noch keine Probleme, mit /3GB kann es da
u.U. schon anderst aussehen.

/3GB wird beim SBS definitv nicht supported.
