Mails gehen verloren (nur manchmal...)

Wir habe seit kurzem bei uns einen SBS 2003 inkl. Exchange Server. Seither
funktioniert die Mailzustellung für die "per DNS" zugestellten Mails nicht
mehr zuverlässig. Die MX Einstellungen auf dem DNS sind ok, der Abruf der
POP3 Konten funktioniert ebenfalls ohne Probleme, aber eben externen die
Mails an unsere Firmendomäne kommen nicht immer an! Es hat auch keinen
Zusammenhang mit der Grösse oder irgendwelchen Anhängen. Der Absender kriegt
KEINE Fehlermeldung, auch in den Protokollen des Exchange Servers ist nichts
zu finden. Ich vermute, der Fehler liegt bei kurzen Unterbrüchen in unserem
drahtlosen Anschluss ans Internet, wir sind hier in einer Gemeinde ohne DSL
und sind in einem Funknetz. Der ISP weist natürlich alle Schuld von sich,
ebenfalls die IT Firma, welche den Server installiert hat. Kann mir jemand
helfen, herauszufinden, wo der Hund begraben sein könnte. Ich bin so ein
Halbprofi, d.h. einiges versteh ich...Vielen Dank für alle Vorschläge
