Habe die bereitgestellte Dateien
Interop.Excel.dll und Interop.Office.dll auf die Zielmaschine (Win2000)
übertragen

genau? Sind es die PIAs oder sind es lokale Kopien dessen, was auf
Deinem Rechner erstellt wurde? Befinden sich PIAs im GAC?
Entwickle ich eine WinApp unter WinXP und Excel 2003 (keine VSTO!), die
auf Excel zugreift, so muss ich nur die entstehende exe auf den
Zielrechner (Win2000) kopieren, alles andere ist bereits vorhanden
(Excel 2003). Fuer Excel 2000 kann ichs nicht nachpruefen, es sollte
aber ebenso gehen.
