Habe ich gemacht. Unmittelbar danach hat es sogar 3 min 1 sek gedauert, zwischen DHCP Lease abholen und pingen.

Welche Sicherheitssoftware ist installiert?

Windows Firewall und Avira AntiVir. Habe die Windows Firewall mal deaktiviert, Ergebnis gleich (siehe Anhang; da sieht man ganz gut, dass erst auf das 128. Paket geantwortet wird).
