USB-Stick im BIOS einstellen

Hi,
irgendwie kann ich meinen USB-Stick, den ich nun mit einem Programm
bootfähig gemacht habe, nicht booten. Vielleicht liegt es an den
BIOS-Einstellungen? Alles was ich mit USB im BIOS finden konnte, ist
Folgendes:
-"USB Controller"
-"USB Keyboard Support"
beide sind aktiviert, also "Enable".
Habt Ihr eine Idee, woran es liegen kann?
Der Stick ist völlig neu und ist bootfähig.
Bin für Tipps dankbar!!
