Per Ping (sowohl ping IP-Adress als auch ping Computername_Win2K) ist
der Win2K Rechner erreichbar. Nach Recherche scheine ich nicht der
einzige zu sein, der dieses Problem hat: Zielrechner per Ping
erreichbar, die Freigabe auf dem Rechner aber nicht.

Zu den Fehlermeldungen:

net view \\Computername-Win2K

Das erscheint mir ja noch verständlich, wenn es Probleme gibt, eine
Freigabe zu erreichen. Denn wenn schon der Zielrechner nicht erreichbar
ist, dann auch nicht seine Freigaben.

Aber wieso liefert

net view

ebenso eine Fehlermeldung? Hier wird doch gar kein Rechnername
angegeben?

Danke für Deine Geduld bisher. Ideologische Diskussionen können wir dann
hinterher führen ;-)
