Umleitung von Standard-Output und Error-Output in dieselbe Datei?

Hallo,

kann man unter Windows XP den Standard-Output und Error-Output der Konsolenausgabe (z. B. bei einem xcopy-Befehl) in dieselbe Datei umleiten?
Wie lautet die Syntax dafür?
