Die Ports hatte ich freigegeben, aber an ICMP habe ich nicht gedacht.

Auf Sicherheit wird geachtet! PC-Anywhere wird nur mit Verschlüsselung
genutzt und vor allem nur im Bedarfsfall gestartet.
Ich hatte aber noch einen Denkfehler bei der PC-Anywhere Konfiguration
drinnen. Und zwar hatte ich da Modem ausgewählt und nicht TCP/IP.
