Im BIOS den USB Legacy Support einschalten.

Zu finden unter dem Menüpunkt Integrated Peripherals oder
Advanced Chipset Features.

Dort gibt es einen Punkt USB Legacy Support oder
USB Keyboard Support/USB Mouse Support.

Im BIOS nachschauen ob Du beim Eintrag USB Keyboard auf
ENABLED gestellt hast.

Sind die Chipsatztreiber auf dem aktuellsten Stand?
