Hallo!

Wo ist der genaue Unterschied zwischen Windows 2000 und Windows XP?

Liegt es daran dass bei Windows XP die Regel "es ist alles verboten was
nicht ausdrücklich erlaubt ist" was bei Win2k nicht der Fall ist?
