Öffne Notepad und kopiere folgende Zeilen hinein:

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Speicher es unter "Desktop anzeigen.scf" ab und ziehe es dann in die
Taskleiste.
