Hallo,

ich habe folgendes Problem:

Auf meinem Account Windows XP Home mit SP2 mit Adminrechten als einziger
Nutzer des Computers lassen sich die WebClient Temporary Files nicht löschen.

Ich habe diese Anfrage schon mal gestellt, wo man mir freundlicherweise
erklärt hat, wie man die temporären Internetfiles löscht. :-) Zwar bin ich
über jede Antwort dankbar, aber das kann ich bestimmt ;-). Auch bin ich
informiert, was der WebClient Dienst ist und tut.

Jetzt aber im Ernst:

Durch Rechtsklick auf die Systempartition im Arbeitsplatz wähle ich im
Kontexmenü "Bereinigen". Ich habe alles gehakt und klicke auf OK. Dann wird
auch alles gelöscht. Außer eben die Web Client Temporary Files. Diese sind
seit der Grundinstallation von 32 kb (Standartwert) auf nunmehr schon 40 MB
angewachsen. Sicher ist das nicht viel. Trotzdem schon eine gewaltige Menge
allein deshalb, weil ich nicht weiß wo der Cache liegt.

An einem anderen Computer arbeite ich mit XP Pro. Dort lässt sich der Cache
über obigen Weg einwandfrei auf die Standardgröße von 32 kb reduzieren.

Deshalb vermute ich, dass das Problem im Betriebssystem Home liegt.

Hat jemand eine Vermutung oder Ahnung, wie man an den Cache herankommt oder
ihn manuell löschen. Kann. Deaktiviere ich den Web Client Dienst, ist der
Cache 0 kb groß. Starte ich ihn wieder, hat er wieder die größe von 40 MB.
