Du verstehst auch deutsch? ;)

Bei einer Remotedesktop-Verbindung benötigst du das Recht dich lokal auf
dem Host anzumelden, so als wenn du dich direkt auf der Maschine mit
deinem Benutzernamen einloggen wolltest. Es existiert in der Domäne eine
Richtlinie die dir das verbietet und/oder die Domäne kennt dich als
Benutzer gar nicht. Wende dich an den Domain-Admin.
