XP trotz DSL sehr sehr langsam

hi,

hab mein XP neu installiert und auch upgedatet...
trotzdem läuft DSL super langsam.

hab da so ne speed-test-seite aufgemacht:

41.7 kilobits per second
Communications 41.7 kilobits per second
Storage 5.1 kilobytes per second
1MB file download 3.4 minutes
Subjective rating Slow

woran kanns liegen?
hab schon sämtliche viren-scanner, worm-removel-tools,
spy-ware-progs drüber laufen lassen...
