Der 2. Slot ist leer, da muß/kann ein Memory-Riegel hinein, welche(r)
passen, kann/muß man dem Handbuch entnehmen, wenn man völliger Laie mit 2
linken Händen voller Daumen ist, Kiste unter den Arm und auf die Theke eines
PC-Händlers Deines Vertrauens.




Jetzt verstehe ich auch nichts mehr. Habe ich nun einen
Arbeitsspeicher von 256 oder 512 MB? Das Problem ist halt folgendes:
Windows beginnt immer zu bruttelen dass er angeblich zu wenig
"virtueeles geheugen oder ein zu kleiner wisselbestand hat. (so und
jetzt übersetze das mal von NL nach deutsch!!!)Vielen Dank für euere
Geduld und eueren Tipp. Gruß Heidi (PS: schickt mich nicht in die
NL-Gruppe, bitte, bitte)

Das erwähnte AIDA heißt inzwischen schon etwas länger EVEREST und ist m. E.
aussagekräftiger.
