DHCP weist keine IP zu

Hallo,

Ich hab ein WLAN mit einem D-Link DI-514 Router (hängt am DSL modem), einem
D-Link DWL-510 PCI Adapter (in meinem PC) und einem SMC USB Wireless Adapter
(am Laptop).
Mein PC bekommt seit einiger Zeit keine IP mehr vom Router zugewiesen obwohl
er nur 2m vom Router weg steht (bekommt nur APIPA, d.h. 169.254.xxx.xxx).
Mein Laptop bekommt ohne Probleme eine IP.

Ich hab schon den Router resetted, DHCP deaktiviert und fixe IPs vergeben,
alle Netzwerkkarten auf meinem PC neu installiert, APIPA deaktiviert,
"reparieren" Button versucht (Fehlermeldung: Folgende Vorgänge sind
fehlgeschlagen: Erhalten neuer IP Adresse), ipconfig /release und ipconfig
/renew funktioniern nicht, hab auch schon den USB Adapter vom Laptop am PC
ausprobiert und er hat dasselbe Problem.
