Mit Hilfe von google findest Du eine Fülle von Lösungen, z. Bsp.:

1. Log on with Administrator rights.

2. Click Start menu, and then click Run.

3. In the Open box, type regedt32.exe and then click OK.

4. Expand the Windows registry, and select the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Graphics Filter

5. On the Security menu, click Permissions.

6. On the Security tab, click to select the Allow inheritable permissions
from parent to propagate to this object check box, and then click OK.

NOTE: If you receive the following error message, the problem may be that
you are not logged on with Administrator permissions. For more information,
please contact your network administrator.

Unable to save permission changes on Graphics Filters.

Access is denied.

7. On the Registry menu, click Exit.
