Hallo

Auf einem frisch aufgesetzten W2k Advanced Server (SP4; alle Patches;
ansonsten jungfräulich) erhalte ich nach jedem Start folgende 4
Fehlermeldungen im Anwendungs-Log

IISInfoCtrs 1003
ftpCtrs 1000
rasctrs 2001
W3Ctrs 1003

Laut Knowledge Base Q201638 und TechNet will da der Performance
Monitor Daten lesen, kann es aber nicht, da die entsprechenden Dienste
deaktiviert sind. Das ist so auch korrekt; sie sind deaktiviert.

Was mich jedoch irritiert, ist, dass diese Fehler sowohl bei
aktiviertem (Startart automatisch) als auch bei deaktiviertem
Performance Monitor auftreten. Ich wäre für jeden Erklärungsversuch
dankbar.

Im Systemlog bekomme ich zudem (und immer mit 30 bis 90 Sekunden
Verzögerung nach den o.g. Fehlern) noch einen DCOM Error ID 10005,
der laut Q329269 darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass eine Applikation auf
die IIS Metabase zugreifen will. Dazu muss sie natürlich den IIS
starten, was wegen Deaktivierung nicht geht.

Hat jemand eine Idee, wer oder was da auf die IIS Metabase zugreifen
will?
