IP Routing ist aktiviert, da wenn ich das Routing deaktiviere die
Netzwerkverbindung in der Konsole Routing und RAS deaktiviert wird und damit
auch die Netzwerkverbindung lahmliegt.

stelle mal den primären DNS vom Server2 auf die 192.168.140.1 und
warte eine Weile.

Hatte ich schon vorher probiert. Auch ohne Erfolg. Habe aber wieder Server2
auf die 1 gelegt.

Die Systemzeit beider Server ist identisch?

Ja die Systemzeit ist identisch.

Was kommt für eine Fehlermeldung, wenn Du versuchst auf eine Freigabe
des Servers2 zuzugreifen?

"Der Zielkontenname ist ungültig!

Interessant wäre noch die Ausgabe von "netdiag" und "dcdiag" beider
Server.
