Kopieren in eine Richtung sehr langsam

Hallo,

hab einen WIN2K Server mit einigen WIN2K
Clients und einen NAS (Snap) FileServer.
Seit zwei Tagen (ohne daß an der Konfiguration des
Servers was absichtlich geändert wurde) habe ich
folgendes Problem:
- das Kopieren von Daten vom NAS zum WIN2K Server
ist extrem langsam (20 min für 5 MB).
Alles andere funktioniert normal.
Zusammenfassung:

- vom NAS zu WIN2K Server langsam
- vom WIN2K Server zu NAS normal
- von WIN2K Clients zu WIN2K Server normal
- von NAS zu WIN2K Clients normal

Das ausschalten des Virenscanners auf dem Server bringt nichts.
Hätte da jemand einen Ansatz? Danke vorab für jeden Tipp!
