    Hallo Andreas,

    Deine Problembeschreibung ist etwas zu generisch, um Dir helfen zu können.
    Wie genau versuchst Du denn, den NAV zu öffnen? Über das Start-Menü? Wenn
    ja, welchen Eintrag dort genau? Hast Du vielleicht den Auto-protect
    erwischt? Hast Du schon mal im Ereignisprotokoll für Anwendungen
    nachgesehen?
