SP2 schlägt fehl mit 0x8007371B

Hallo,
bei mir schlät die Installation mit 0x8007371B = ERROR_SXS_TRANSACTION_CLOSURE_INCOMPLETE
Das Systemupdate-Vorbereitungstool (KB947821) [April 2009] habe ich dann eingespielt, aber die Fehlermeldung bleibt auch danach.
Wo könnte ich weiter suchen?
