Wechsel von Novell Netware zu WindowsNetzwerk

Hallo Zusammen,

wie überführt man ein Novell Netzwerk in eine Windows Domäne?
Wir müssen von Novell Netware zu einer Windows Domäne wechseln (Windows Server 2003). Wie geht man da am besten vor und was muß man beachten.
