RDP bringt Desktopsymbole drucheinander

Hallo,
also irgendwie sind die Desktopsymbole immer durcheinandern gewuerfelt
wenn sich mein Kollege per RDP auf meinen SBS2003 einloggt.

Ich hab folgendesgemacht:
- alle Benutzer sind abgemeldet
- ich logge mich direkt an der Console des Servers ein und sortiere
die Desktopsymbole dort.
- ich logge mich an der Console aus.
- Jetzt muesste er ja die Positionen gespeichert haben.
- Ich melde mich per RDP an - alle Perfekt
- Ich logge mich aus.
- Kollege loggt sich per RDP. Und Zack ist alles durcheinander.

Wie kommt das nur?
Achso. Wir arbeiten alle mit 1024x768 als Aufloesung.
