Die Enterprise Edition macht z.B. nur Sinn wenn Du Clustering einsetzen willst oder den Sitzungsverzeichnisdienst für die TS Geschichte nutzen möchtest. Alle Server die am Sitzungsverzeichnis teilnehmen wollen müssen als BS die Enterprise Edition ausführen.

Hallo,
das habe ich zwar gelesen, daß die 64Bit Version 32GB RAM unterstütz, aber ich gehe
davon aus, daß dann auch meine Anwendungen voll 64Bit tauglich sein müssen und dieses
ist bei uns noch nicht der Fall - also greift (nach meinem Wissenstand) wieder nur die
4GB RAM Speicherregelung.
Du hast Recht - die Enterprise ist für das Clustering relevant, aber diese unterstützt
lt. Microsoft im 32Bit Umfeld als einzige Version 32 GB RAM - also wären mir da die Hände
gebunden.

Oder liege ich hier falsch ?
