Ist das der gleiche Rechner, der auch die 192.168.15.1
für sich als 2tes Standbein in Anspuch nimmt?

Dann musst du nur den Clients aus dem 192.168.10/24 Netz die
192.168.10.1 als Gateway eintragen und den 192.168.15/24 Clients
den 192.168.15.1
Dem Router selber gibst du deinen DSL Router oder was auch immer als
Standard Gateway. Dann passiert folgendes:
Jeder 192.168.10/24 kommt über die 10.1 nach 15.1
Jeder 192.168.15/24 kommt über die 15.1 nach 10.1
Jedes ander Netzwerk kann über den Gateway Eintrag der im
10.1 definiert ist weiterraus.

Am DSL Router wenn es angenommen die 192.168.10.254 hat muss du noch
ein route ins .15er Netz hinzufügen, damit er weiss wohin damit.
Also eine Route rfür alle 192.168.15.0 können über 192.168.10.1
erreicht werden.
