Hallo!

Ich habe bei mehreren Kundenservern das gleiche Problem und auch keine
Lösung. Es gibt allerding auch bei anderen Kunden noch andere Probleme.
Zusammengefasst gibts mehrere Varianten
1. Backup auf Festplatten geht immer
2. Streamer ist eingebaut:
2A: Geht perfekt
2.B Kann nur eine Session auf BAND schreiben (Hotfix funktioniert.
2.C Taskplaner kann Backup nicht starten
2.D Backup stürzt mit Fehler "kann auf C: nicht zugreifen" ab

Wann welches Problem auftritt: Keine Logik auss 2B : tritt offensichtlich
nur auf, wenn der Streamer an einem schnellen SCSI-Controller hängt.

Hat zwar dir nicht geholfen, aber mir beim schreiben gut getan

ich hatte folgendes Problem bereits im Mai 2004 in der NG
geposted, aber keinen Lösungsansatz bekommen, daher noch
einmal:
die Datensicherung auf unseren W2k3-Servern läuft über
einen zeitgesteuerten Batch auf Sicherungsplatten. In
unregelmäßigen Abständen kommt es vor, dass NTBackup nicht
startet. Im Taskmanager ist dann der Prozess
(ntbackup.exe) zu sehen, aber es passiert nichts weiter.
Wenn man dann den Prozeß abschießt und den Task neu
startet, startet in der Regel NTBackup vernünftig. Es
sieht so aus, als ob NTBackup aus unerfindlichen
Gründen "Ladehemmungen" hat. Ist dieses Phänomen schon
bekannt und/oder gibt es einen Lösungsansatz?
