Abfrage bei Verschieben eines Objektes

Hallo!
In der MMC ist es möglich, per Drag&Drop div. Objekte, so
auch Organisationseinheiten mit den erforderlichen Rechten
zu verschieben. Dies geschieht, ohne dass gefragt wird, ob
diese Aktion durchgeführt werden soll (der Standard -
SindSieSicherSatz ;-)) und kann auch bei noch so
vorsichtigem Umgang mal passieren.
Jetzt meine eigentliche Frage: kann diese Möglichkeit
einer Abfrage irgendwie in die MMC implementiert werden?
