Einige voneinander unabhängige Tips:

Mit dem Security Search Tool
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/current.aspx kannst Du, wenn Du
Produkt & SP version angibst, die Checkbox "Show only bulletins that contain
updates that have not been replaced by a more recent update" anwählen. Dies
ist vorteilhaft, weil das Interface nun nur die aktuell relevanten Patch
Versionen anzeigt.

Wenn Patches die Installation verweigern, findest Du evtl. relevante. Info
in einem aktuellisiertem Note innerhalb des Security Bulletins, diesbez. KB,
oder SUS FAQs at
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserversystem/sus/susfaq.mspx.

Generell empfehle ich, die Security Bulletins komplett durchzulesen (auch
bevor Probleme auftreten), sowie die Patches vor dem live Rollout auch in
einer anlehnend akkuraten Test-Umgebung zu testen. Nicht dass dies immer
100% Erfolgsgarantie verspricht, but anyway, it's above 80 %. Ansonsten kann
es sein, dass Du mit einer höheren Wahrscheinlichkeit rechnen musst, eines
Tages jedes Device zu kontaktieren, um ein Patch zu entfernen/evtl. auch ein
System zu restoren.
